About Ellison Farms Beef
All of our cattle are beef breeds bred to purebred bulls from nationally registered herds.
All of our beef comes from our cattle, grown by our family on our farm, and fed crops grown by us.
All of our beef is raised on pasture grass, then finished to each customer’s liking:
Grass-fed-only finish with our high protein legume haylage—a health-conscious alternative with contemporary flavor.
Custom finished using our own corn silage and sweetened with brewers’ grain from a micro-brewery here in town. This allows for extended dry-aging hang times over 20 days, and results in unparalleled tenderness and flavor.
